Followed by the blockbuster movies like Siva manasula sakthi, Boss engira baskaran, director Rajesh is back with Ok Ok.. By seeing the trailer, we can close the eyes and say its a typical Rajesh movie with his trademark comedy and story-less screenplay. Being the only movie to release for Tamil New year 2012, is it worth watching in theater??? Of course, the answer is yes
As usual Saravana(Udhay) falls in love with Meera(Hansika) @ the first sight, initially Meera rejects Saravana, but fate makes Meera to fall in love with Saravana. Parthasarathy (Santhanam) comes throughout the movie as Saravana’s friend and brings the roof down with his trademark dialogues.
Cast and Crew Analysis:
Being a debut movie for Udhay, he acted well. But in order to sustain as a hero in Kollywood, he need to learn how to dance Hansika played the female lead, tremendous improvement in her acting and she can be considered as the center of attraction of this movie No comments about Santhanam, he simply rocked in each and every scene. He got more claps and whistles than the hero Udhay. Guest appearance by Sneha, Arya and Andrea added commercial value to the movie.
Harris Jeyaraj’s couple of songs (Akila Akila & Vennam Macha) were good and worst background score ever composed by him. No comments about the director Mr Rajesh. I think his main aim is to entertain the audience who pays money and come to the theater. Hope he continues to make movies like this and entertain people forever.
Ok Ok is a decent comical time pass movie which should not be missed @ any cause.. Go for it and laugh till the end..
